Evelyn is happily settled into middle aged, middle class England. But when her daughter Faith discovers some old documents in the attic, she is forced to confront her past – the love, the horror and the humanity. In doing so she will learn to see her daughter in a new light.
First performed in London in 1993, the award winning Kindertransport is presented in commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. It is a moving and ultimately uplifting story of hope and survival.
